Ocean County Board Of Social Services Mobile Unit In Lakewood Today To Answer Your Questions

For the first time ever, you can ask questions and get help from the Ocean County Board of Social Services mobile unit  in your own backyard!

The Lakewood Resource and Referral Center (LRRC) – the social service arm of Lakewood Township – has arranged for the mobile office of the Board to come to town to help residents directly, one-on-one. Personnel are happy to help you with any questions or needs you may have for the Board, which administers Medicaid, SNAP, and many other social service programs to thousands of local families.

The mobile is stationed outside the LRRC office on Second Street and Lexington Avenue today – Tuesday, July 30th – from 9:30 am until 3:30 pm. Just take a drive or stroll down to the mobile’s location; and save the hassle and wait. “We tremendously appreciate that the Ocean County Board of Social Services is providing this special service to Lakewood residents,” says Deputy Mayor Menashe Miller. “No doubt, this will provide real life benefit to countless local families.”
