New Jersey Seeking Candidate to Lead Enforcement of Kosher Food Consumer Protection Act

The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs is seeking a competent individual to lead enforcement of the Kosher Food Consumer Protection Act, which legally binds companies and businesses making claims that their food is kosher.

Think you’re the right candidate? It comes with a salary ranging from $63,525 to $90,114, but it also has a pretty long list of requirements.

Applicants need to have graduated from college with at least a Bachelor’s degree, and have three years experience in the conduct of civil or criminal investigations related to compliance, enforcement, detection, and surveillance activity, including the preparation of investigative reports, OR three years experience in investigative administrative audity and/or regulatory examinations of records maintained by businesses and organizations, OR three years experience in conducting investigations for the government, military, consumer protection programs, public advocacy organizations, or the public interest.
