New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) has rolled out a new app that customers can use to manage their account, see their gas usage, and pay their bills.
NJNG says the new app “helps transform the way you manage your account and makes interactions with us easy, personalized and meaningful.”
The app includes features like live chat, submitting and tracking service requests, comparing and tracking usage, account notifications and reminders, and payment options.
