A remarkable neis took place in the Westgate neighborhood on Friday when a parked MonseyTrail bus unexpectedly lost its brakes and began rolling. Witnesses say the bus traveled for more than a block, posing a grave danger to pedestrians along the way.

In a moment of quick thinking, an individual managed to jump inside the moving bus and pull the emergency brake, bringing it to a halt.
