The Manchester community’s long-awaited first kosher supermarket is set to open its doors this Thursday, January 11th.
ManKo, an abbreviation of Manchester Kosher Market, has been in the works for more than a year, with final township approval given to the establishment in recent days.
The store is located at 2104 NJ-70 in Manchester, across the street from Toast Cafe – Manchester’s first kosher eatery – which is located at 1900 NJ-70.
