A man was stabbed outside the Chesterfield shul at around 2 pm Wednesday afternoon. The victim, who reportedly suffered a laceration on his hand, did not require hospitalization.
The suspect fled the scene in a vehicle and was briefly followed by police in a car chase that was called off on the Garden State Parkway.
Police are aware of the suspect’s identity.
