“Manchester Township Man Seriously Injured in Route 530 Crash
A 72-year-old man from Manchester was seriously injured in a car crash on Route 530 in Whiting.
Pasquale Foggio was driving a gray 2010 Cadillac Escalade eastward when the vehicle went off the road near Crestwood Parkway, hitting a traffic sign and utility pole support wire before crashing into a tree. He was flown to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune where he is now listed as stable.
Authorities believe that Foggio suffered a medical event prior to the crash, which is currently under investigation. The road was partially closed during the cleanup.
