A man was transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in serious condition by Hatzolah medics after falling off a ladder at a construction site in the Birch Street area.
Hatzolah was called to the scene shortly after 3:15 pm and found a gravely injured man at the site. Treatment was immediately initiated by EMTs, with paramedics arriving moments later to administer advanced treatment measures.
