Major Asifa Scheduled in Lakewood Next Wednesday with 7 Gedolei Eretz Yisroel, Including Harav Dov Landau Shlit”a

A large-scale Asifa is scheduled to take place next Wednesday, June 18, in the BMG parking lot at 9th Street and Clifton Avenue, outside the Bais Aharon Bais Medrash. The event follows a similar gathering held at the same location last year, which drew an estimated 25,000 participants.

The Asifa will be led by prominent Gedolei Eretz Yisroel who will be visiting the United States as part of a fundraising effort on behalf of Keren Olam Hatorah, the initiative aimed at supporting yeshivos and kollelim in Eretz Yisroel. The fund was launched in response to significant government cuts to Torah institutions in Eretz Yisroel, with the goal of raising over $100 million to help offset the losses.

Scheduled to attend the asifa in Lakewood are:

  • Harav Dov Landau shlit”a

  • Harav Moshe Hillel Hirsch shlit”a

  • Harav Avrohom Salim shlit”a

  • Harav Yaakov Hillel shlit”a

  • Harav Dovid Cohen shlit”a

  • Harav Shimon Galei shlit”a

  • The Sanzer Rebbe shlit”a

Further details regarding the schedule and event logistics are expected to be released in the coming days.

Additional asifos are scheduled to take place in Los Angeles, Baltimore, and Chicago. Details of those events can be read by clicking here.
