Lakewood Alerts regrets to inform you of the Petirah of Mrs. Esther Rosenbaum a”h, a Lakewood resident who was niftar Sunday morning following an illness at the age of 71.
Esther a”h, was the daughter of Rav Manis Mandel zt”l, the legendary Brooklyn mechanech, and the wife of R’ Dovid Rosenbaum yb”l, who survives her, along with many children and grandchildren.
For decades, the Rosenbaums lived on 6th Street, literally next door to Bais Medrash Govoha, where they basked in the aura of limud hatorah.
Mrs. Rosenbaum’s children are: Mrs. Kokis, Mrs. Klein, Mrs. Landerer, Mrs. Kohn, Mrs. Stern, Mrs. Hershfeld, Mrs. Tauber, Mrs. Olshin and Mrs. Hassan.
The levaya is set to take place Sunday at 2:30 PM at Toras Yisroel, 1367 Lanes Mill Road in Lakewood, with kevurah following in the local bais hachaim.
