A young mother, Avigayil Sarah bas Michal Liora, was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle on Sunday night.
The incident occurred at the intersection of River Avenue and Oak Street, where she was attempting to cross the street when she was hit. Hatzolah paramedics rushed to the scene and provided immediate lifesaving care before transporting her to Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
Sources indicate that she is currently in a coma, and her condition is described as extremely serious.
