Lakewood Resident Charged With Credit Card Theft And Fraud

A Lakewood resident who is suspected of having stolen a credit card and then used it was caught and charged by police in Brick.

Several days ago, Brick police asked for the public’s help in identifying a suspect related to an unspecified fraud case.

They said the suspect was driving a white Ford van without front or rear license plates, and a number 11 near the front windows, and that the van had tinted windows.

Police have since updated that the man was identified as Robert Thomas Migliore of Lakewood. Migliore was arrested and charged with one count of credit card theft and five counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.
