Lakewood Republican Club Endorses Menashe Miller, Moshe Raitzik For Township Committee; Club President Resigns

The Lakewood Republican Club on Monday evening endorsed Deputy Mayor Menashe Miller and Moshe Raitzik as the party-line candidates in this November’s Township Committee races.

The evening also saw a dramatic twist when the Club’s president, Craig Theibault, resigned due to questions over his residency.

Theibault says he still has family in Lakewood and could technically still sleep by them; however, the property he owned in Lakewood has been sold, with his residency now being in Wall Township.

Due to his lack of residency in Lakewood, Theibault resigned from the Club’s presidency – though it wasn’t clear if he was resigning from the Club entirely.
