Lakewood Police Launch “No Shave November” To Benefit Children’s Specialized Hospital

Lakewood Police Chief Greg Meyer has once again agreed to allow officers of the PBA local #71 to “LET IT GROW” for the month of November.
Police Officers will be seen in uniform keeping Lakewood safe and secure while on duty or simply working an extra duty assignment, participating in the “NO SHAVE NOVEMBER”.

The No Shave November contributions for this month will be going in support of the Children’s Specialized Hospital who is opening a new larger facility in Toms River, as well as support to the family of a local police officer and his family as his wife was just diagnosed with Breast Cancer in October, the mother of four faces a tough battle ahead.
