The Lakewood Police Department has unveiled LakewoodPD Connect, a new mobile app designed to give residents, visitors, and business owners direct access to public safety resources, real-time alerts, and community tools — all from their smartphones.
The launch of the app coincides with the rollout of the department’s new Public Portal, which serves as a central hub for emergency alerts, community notifications, and, in the future, an online merchandise store.
Developed to strengthen communication, safety, and community trust, LakewoodPD Connect puts critical information and reporting tools in the hands of the public.
