Captain LeRoy Marshall of the Lakewood Police Department has graduated from the prestigious FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia, as part of Class 294.
The FBI National Academy is a highly selective 10-week program that brings together law enforcement leaders from across the United States and around the world. Participants undergo advanced training in areas such as investigative techniques, leadership development, and physical fitness, with the goal of enhancing law enforcement effectiveness in their respective communities.
Captain Marshall’s graduation marks a continuation of a family legacy within the department. His uncle, Deputy Chief John Marshall Sr., also completed the FBI National Academy, graduating in 1979.
Captain Marshall’s achievement reflects his commitment to professional development and public service, and he now joins a distinguished network of law enforcement professionals who have completed the academy’s intensive curriculum.
