Lakewood Mayor Ray Coles announced that he and his wife are now grandparents following the birth of Wesley Ray Boucher, the son of their daughter, Kelly.
“So happy for and proud of Kelly and Chris. Looking forward to years of adventures together,” Mr. and Mrs. Coles said.
