Lakewood DPW Announces Eight Trash Dropoff Locations Ahead of Pesach

The Lakewood Department of Public Works (DPW) announces that it will operate eight drop-off locations throughout the Township for trash drop-off in the days before the start of Passover.

Residents can dispose both household trash and bulk trash at these convenient locations. Virtually all forms of bulk trash are accepted at these sites. (Exceptions include construction material, paint and hazardous materials.)

The drop-off locations are as follows:

1) DPW Headquarters – One America Ave (Current Hours: Weekdays, 7:00 am through 10:00 pm; Thursday, April 10th 7:00 am, overnight through Friday, April 11th 3:00 pm)

Additional locations, open Thursday, April 10th 7:00 am, overnight through Friday, April 11th 12:00 pm:

2) 9th Street and Clifton Avenue

3) 9th Street and Forest Avenue

4) Frank Bartolf Sports Complex (Brook Road)

5) Sunset Park (Sunset Road)

6) West Gate (Hillside Boulevard)

7) John F. Patrick Sports Complex – Baseball Parking Lot (Vine Avenue)

8) Larry D’Zio Park (Locust Street)
