Lakewood’s Dovid Rosenberg, Executive Director of the New Jersey Jewish Business Alliance, met with United Airlines officials at Newark Airport yesterday to discuss improving the travel experience for frum travelers.
A variety of topics were discussed, such as providing kosher food in airline lounges, davening aboard the plane, and educating flight staff on the Jewish community for both domestic and international flights. “Even until now, they were always looking out how they could enhance the experience,” Rosenberg told Lakewood Alerts.
At the meeting, representatives from the frum community, aside from Dovid Rosenberg were present, including Nosson Herzog, president of Royal Wine Corp. & Kedem Food Products, and Eliezer Weinman, along with several representatives from various parts of United Airlines.
As we speak they’re removing two jews from UA921. I guess the meeting was useless.
