Hundreds of Shluchei D’Rabbanan, gabbaim, and fundraisers from across the greater Lakewood area gathered for a special appreciation event celebrating the remarkable success of the historic Shutfei Olam HaTorah campaign. Through a grassroots effort that united Klal Yisroel, the campaign raised more than $12 million from over 20,000 donors, covering an entire month of Keren Olam HaTorah’s budget and providing critical support for lomdei Torah around the world.
Addressing the gathering, leading Gedolei Yisroel expressed their heartfelt hakaras hatov to the dedicated volunteers who invested countless hours to ensure the campaign’s success. Participants were praised for helping shoulder the responsibility of supporting Torah learning and strengthening the global Torah community.
The event featured remarks from R’ Reuven Wolf, Chairman of Keren Olam HaTorah, and CEO R’ Zvi Belsky, along with divrei chizuk delivered by HaRav Chaim Peretz Berman, HaRav Yaakov Hillel, HaRav Yehoshua Eichenstein, and HaRav Avraham Salim.
Prior to the celebration, a massive “Momentum” call center was activated, bringing together hundreds of Shluchei D’Rabbanan and hundreds of girls who collectively raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional contributions toward the campaign.
The evening concluded with spirited singing and dancing l’kavod HaTorah, as attendees celebrated the extraordinary achievement and the continued growth of support for Torah worldwide.
