Healthgrades has ranked 10 New Jersey hospitals among the 250 best in the country, including one popular among Lakewood residents for birthing and medical emergencies: Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
The other New Jersey hospitals ranked in the top 250 are: Penn Medicine Princeton Health; Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset; Morristown Medical Center; Overlook Medical Center; Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center; Chilton Medical Center; Riverview Medical Center; Valley Hospital; and Hackensack University Medical Center.
Of note, Overlook Medical Center and Morristown Medical Center weren’t just ranked in the top 250 – they actually made it into the top 50 of all hospitals in the United States.
