Rabbonim and askonim held a meeting to discuss plans for a much-awaited mikvah on the north side of the township.
Situated on the corner of New Prospect and Woodlane, the mikva would replace the current dentist’s office at the site, Innova Dental Solutions. The ambitious initiative will encompass a 24-rooms women’s mikvah along with separate facilities for men and keilim.
The application has been formally filed with the Jackson Planning Board and is anticipated to be slated for a hearing in the coming months.
The project is being led by Harav Micha Cohen, Harav Moshe Finkel, Harav Eli Friedman, Harav Yoel Martin, Harav Yochanan Metzger and Harav Shmuel Perlstein.
