Jackson Extends Deadline for School Transportation Reimbursement Forms to Friday

Families residing in Jackson Township who did not receive transportation for their children during the 2024–2025 school year now have additional time to submit required paperwork to receive aid-in-lieu payments.

The Lakewood Student Transportation Authority (LSTA) announced that Jackson Township has extended the deadline to submit B7T forms until Friday, July 18 at 12:00 PM. These forms are required for families whose children did not receive transportation services and who are seeking reimbursement from the township.

Parents must submit two B7T forms—one for the first half of the school year and another for the second half—in order to qualify for the aid-in-lieu payments.

To complete the forms, families are instructed to log into their account on the LSTA portal at www.lakewoodsta.org/portal and select the button labeled COMPLETE B7T FORM for the 2024–2025 school year.

The LSTA also reminds parents to sign the forms using their complete first and last names to ensure proper processing.

For more information, families can visit the LSTA website or contact the transportation authority directly.
