The Jackson Police Department announced Tuesday morning that it is forced to cancel its Night Out event scheduled for the evening due to inclement weather. There is no rain date.
The Manchester Night Out, also scheduled for Tuesday night, was canceled later in the afternoon as it became clear that weather would impede the festivities.
