Jackson 21 Residents Gain Big Wins with HOA’s New Parking and Clubhouse Policies

The newly resident-controlled Homeowners’ Association (HOA) board of Jackson 21 has taken major steps to address pressing community concerns, approving two major ordinances during their latest meeting. The board voted to implement towing measures for illegally parked cars and to allow residents to use the community’s brand-new clubhouse for parties and events.

The decision to begin towing illegally parked vehicles is aimed at alleviating ongoing frustrations over parking violations, ensuring smoother traffic flow and better access to the development’s amenities.

In addition, the board approved the use of the clubhouse for private parties and events, providing residents with a valuable space to host gatherings within the community.

These developments come on the heels of a historic transition in governance last week, when D.R. Horton, the developer of Jackson 21, officially transferred control of the HOA to its residents. The transfer gave the community significant authority over the neighborhood’s management, including common areas, house rentals, parking, and amenities such as the clubhouse and pool.

For the predominantly frum residents of Jackson 21, this shift has been seen as a critical milestone in tailoring the neighborhood to better suit their values and needs.

The board indicated that more updates and potential new measures will be discussed during next month’s HOA meeting, as they continue working to shape the future of the Jackson 21 development. Residents are encouraged to attend and participate in the discussions.

  1. Whomever is sending this stuff in should be ashamed of themselves for spreading false information about this community. It’s not the first time this happened on this website. Please verify your stories before posting it

      • The new HOA has not taken any steps yet as this article says they did. Maybe it’s something they would like to do in the future, however to post these articles can only be the act of brokers who are trying to make more sales by showing steps are being taken. This is stupid and is false advertising on their part

  2. Will this new HOA only cater to the jews? I’m an immigrant family from Haiti and we are 12 people with 5 cars. Where are we supposed to park if our cars will get towed?

  3. Are the residents 100 certain they made the right decision with this? Maybe they should’ve allowed someone that’s in between Jews and the non Jews to ensure everyone is happy and the community is well taken care of
