A hit-and-run collision at the intersection of New Hampshire Avenue and Ocean Avenue on Monday morning left one vehicle overturned and sent one person to the hospital.
The crash occurred at around 10:15 am, flipping a vehicle onto its roof before the driver of the other vehicle fled the scene. Hatzolah quickly arrived and transported one injured patient to a nearby hospital. The extent of the victim’s injuries was not immediately known.
Police are investigating the incident and searching for the driver who fled.
