A car was driving from Monsey to Lakewood near Exit 127 this evening when its trunk flew open and a blue hand luggage flew out.
It was then dragged by another vehicle causing it to get lost. There was a pair of tefillin inside, intended to go to the driver’s cousin from Eretz Yisroel.
