A nearly four-hour long hearing in Rabbi Osher Eisemann’s motion to vacate his two convictions took place Friday, with both defense attorneys and prosecutors making their cases before Judge Jospeh Peone.
The hearing ended at about 3:30 p.m. Friday afternoon, with the judge to hand down his decision whether to vacate the convictions sometime next week.
Please daven for Osher ben Chana Frumet.
