Fundraiser Launched to Benefit Family of Late Lakewood Building Inspector Mike Saccomanno

A GoFundMe has been launched to assist the family of Mike Saccomanno following the untimely passing of Lakewood’s longtime chief building inspector.

The fundraising page reads as follows:

On March 2nd, 2023 we lost our good friend Micheal Saccomanno unexpectedly. Mike suffered from a recent health issue and was rushed to the hospital. He underwent several surgeries but eventually succumbed.

Micheal will always be remembered as a loving husband, a devoted father, and a faithful friend. He was best known for his bubbly personality, phenomenal cooking skills, and quick-witted sense of humor. “Micheal Saccomanno always had a smile on his face.”

His family will have a long, difficult journey ahead of them. But our support as a community will help them with funeral expenses and hospital bills.

All donations received will go directly to his wife, Tina, and his children, Nino and Nicolina.

Your kindness, love, and generosity is greatly appreciated!
