A fundraiser was held Thursday afternoon to support New Jersey Assembly Majority Leader Lou Greenwald at the home of Lakewood Committeeman Meir Lichtenstein.

Assemblyman Greenwald has been a close friend and supporter of the Lakewood community over the years, and has sponsored and supported numerous pieces of legislation beneficial to the community and Jews across the state.

Some of the critical projects the assemblyman has been a part of is getting funding for CHEMED and the creation of the LSTA.

Among the attendees at the fundraiser were Lakewood Mayor Ray Coles, Committeeman Menashe Miller, Agudah NJ Director Rabbi Avi Schnall, and various askanim from Lakewood, Toms River, and Manchester.
