Judge Joseph Paone on Wednesday morning threw out the criminal case against Rabbi Osher Eisemann and blocked the prosecution from appealing, bringing a long-winded end to the SCHI founder’s legal troubles.
A Simchas Hodaah is taking place tonight at Bais Faiga, beginning at 10 PM. The event can be watched live below.
The defense over the last nine years cost about six million dollars, most of which was generously donated by supporters and members of the community. Now, with the conclusion of the case, Rabbi Eisemann still owes more than $300,000 in outstanding legal fees.
Please help Rabbi Eisemann pay off the remainder of his legal fees so that he can return to his avodas hakodesh with peace of mind. Donations can be made online at pidyonshvuyim.com or by calling the donation line at 732-363-1011.

I also think that after collecting Six million dollars the law firm should be moichel the 300,000 and with that money we even expand the Seuss houdoah party to many more people and make a greater kiddush haShem.
