Frum Manchester Mother Gives Birth To First 2025 Baby At Monmouth Medical Center In Long Branch

Monmouth Medical Center (MMC) in Long Branch celebrated a special milestone early this morning as Mrs. Esther Malka Gross of Manchester welcomed her third daughter at 2:03 AM, making her the first baby born at the hospital in 2025.

Beyond this personal joy for the Gross family, the newborn holds a unique distinction – she is recognized as the inaugural baby of Generation Beta, a newly defined demographic encompassing children born between 2025 and 2039.

“Starting today, a new demographic group, Generation Beta, will begin to emerge,” Monmouth Medical Center said in a release. “We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Gross family and all families celebrating the arrival of their newborns as we usher in 2025.”

The hospital shared a heartwarming image of Mrs. Gross cradling her newborn daughter, wrapped snugly in a hospital blanket.

With this first birth, Monmouth Medical Center kicks off what is expected to be a bustling year for deliveries and looks forward to continuing its tradition of excellent maternal care.

The photo was initially shared by Monmouth Medical Center with the mother’s consent.

  3. Maybe it’s just me I feel like frum women shouldn’t be plastered on the internet an hour after having a baby, especially when they are having a crazy hormone rush and can’t properly consent. Just because a non 613 outlet chooses to share something doesn’t mean we should too.

  4. Did anybody read the last line in the article?
