On Sunday, between the hours of 12-2 p.m., at the RWJBarnabas Health Field of Dreams Park (1505 North Bay Ave), a truck carrying unopened toys in their original packaging will be given away for free on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Toms River Jewish Community Council, World of Giving, the Toms River Police Foundation, and Toys for Tots are the sponsors of the giveaway.
World of Giving is a tzedaka organization based in Monsey that operates three warehouses, one of which is located in Lakewood. They distribute goods to those in need from these warehouses.
