Food At Adirei Hatorah Event To Be Under Strictest Hashgacha

Every morsel of food at Sunday night’s mammoth gathering in Philadelphia will be under the strict hashgacha of Kehillos Chareidim of Lakewood.

An announcement from Adirei Hatorah organizers states that all the food being served is pas and bishul yisroel, the meat is from Solomon’s which uses Satmar shochtim, and even comport with shitas bais yosef.

Included in the menu are: potato kugel, kishke, pastrami fried rice, pulled beef with couscous, franks in blanks, potato knishes, and beef stew.
