Rav Dovid Cohen, Rosh Yeshivas Chevron, is scheduled to visit Lakewood this coming Wednesday, and will deliver a Shiur at Bais Medrash Govoha, Lakewood Alerts has learned.
Rav Dovid will be traveling to the United States and Canada over the course of a weeklong trip in support of Keren Olam Hatorah, the foundation established to assist Yeshivos and Kollelim across Eretz Yisroel who have had their government funding drastically cut by $107 million.
The Chevron rosh yeshiva is set to spend Wednesday in Lakewood before traveling to Monsey on Thursday, where he will stay through Shabbos. He is then scheduled to visit Passaic on Sunday, Toronto on Monday, Miami on Tuesday, and again Lakewood on Wednesday, before returning home.
Additionally, Rav Malkiel Kotler will be departing this coming Motzei Shabbos to South America, where he will join Gedolei Eretz Yisroel in visiting Brazil, Panama, and Mexico to help fundraise for Keren Olam Hatorah.
