FIRST REPORT: Jackson Zoning Board Approves 253 New Homes Off Whitesville Road

The Jackson Zoning Board on Wednesday evening approved a new 253‐home development that will have entrances on Whitesville Road, E. Veterans Highway, and South Hope Chapel.

The development, put forward by Swanborne LLC will include 205 single-family homes and 48 attached affordable housing units.

A proposed house of worship for the development has not yet been approved.
