Fire Destroys Four Garbage Trucks at Jackson Construction Waste Business

Late Thursday night, a fire erupted at H.D. Rosetto, a construction waste removal business in Jackson, located near the intersection of Sterling Avenue and Edison Avenue, engulfing four garbage trucks.

The Whitesville Volunteer Fire Department, joined by units from Stations 55 and 56, arrived on the scene to find the vehicles fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters battled the blaze for nearly two hours before successfully extinguishing it.

No injuries were reported, but the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
