Four boaters are lucky to be alive after their boat capsized off the coast of Deal, NJ, with a group of frum Jewish men leaping into action to rescue them.
Sources tell Lakewood Alerts that Joey Cabasso was about 3.5 miles off the Jersey Shore coast aboard his boat, Gemini, a 56-foot sport fishing vessel, when he spotted the capsized boat and four men without life vests treading water and in distress.
In footage provided to Lakewood Alerts, Cabasso can be seen pulling the four men to safety. The first man was gasping for air and suffering from exhaustion when he was pulled onto the deck.
Life vests were then tossed to the remaining three swimmers, who were also pulled to safety.
