The Toms River Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a woman found walking in the Pelican Island section of the township on Saturday, November 29.
According to police, the unidentified female was located that day and officers are now working to confirm her identity. Authorities released a photo and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
