Hatzolah was on scene Wednesday morning near the intersection of Madison and Courtney where a motorist had gone into traumatic arrest due to a horrific accident. The crash occurred directly across from Khal Anshei Sfard (Rabbi Blech’s shul) and near the Bais Faiga Elementary School.
The crash happened as one vehicle attempted to make a left turn from Madison onto Courtney, with a second vehicle heading north on Madison slamming into it.
The most severely injured patient was ejected from his vehicle and was tragically pronounced deceased at the scene.
The area has been shut down as police investigate the accident.
