Eyewitness reports suggest that the driver of a vehicle heading north on Route 9 failed to slow down for stopped traffic at a red light, causing a catastrophic chain reaction. The car collided with multiple vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, resulting in one of the trucks flipping over.
