Court Agrees to Hear Prosecution’s Appeal in Rabbi Eisemann Case

As reported earlier on Lakewood Alerts, the prosecution in Rabbi Eisemann’s case appealed a ruling by Judge Joseph Paone to grant him a retrial following the emergence of explosive new evidence from a former SCHI bookkeeper.

Rabbi Eisemann’s family told Lakewood Alerts earlier today that an appeals court has agreed to hear the prosecution’s appeal, a setback for Rabbi Eisemann, but hopefully no more than a delay to his eventual yeshua.

The prosecution wants an appeals court to throw out the granted request for a retrial based on very flimsy arguments.

As legal bills mount, the Eisemann defense team is nearly depleted of funds. They can truly use your assistance now. Donations can be made at pidyonshvuyim.com
