Car Plows Into Crowd in Lakewood, Woman Pinned Against Wall and Killed

A woman tragically passed away in Lakewood today after a vehicle lost control and plowed into a crowd, pinning her against a wall and causing fatal injuries.

The incident occurred at a food distribution in a parking lot on Main Street between Route 9 and Clifton Avenue, when a driver lost control of their vehicle and struck a crowd, pinning a 46-year-old woman against the wall of a building.

EMS quickly responded to the scene but were unable to resuscitate the woman, who had suffered fatal injuries.
