Hatzolah paramedics on Monday afternoon treated multiple people with injuries at the Toras Aharon parking lot on Summer Avenue after an inflatable ride collapsed.
Sources tell Lakewood Alerts that a two-story inflatable slide which was secured to the ground, blew over in strong wind gust, violently knocking multiple people to the ground.
Hatzolah transported two patients to Jersey Shore Trauma Center, and treated several additional patients with various injuries.
Police and firefighters were at the scene as well as officials working to ensure all attendees’ safety and as an investigation gets underway.
