A longtime mechanech and visionary in Jewish education, Rav Fruchter was known for his quiet strength, enduring dedication to chinuch, and decades of service through Torah Umesorah, where he left an indelible impact on generations of talmidim and educators across the country.
The levaya will take place Thursday at 10:00 AM at Sons of Israel Chapel, 613 Ramsey Avenue in Lakewood. Kevura is scheduled for approximately 1:30 PM at Beth David Cemetery in Elmont, NY.
Shiva will be observed at the Follman residence, located at 609 W. Kennedy Blvd., Lakewood, NJ, by the families Wolowitz, Rotberg, Follman, Hochman, Fruchter, Cohen, and Kaplan.
R’ Menachem Fruchter will sit Shiva in Woodridge, NY, on Friday afternoon from 1:00 to 6:00 PM, at 21 Krieger Blvd.
