The Levaya is scheduled for 10:00 AM Monday at the Lakewood Chapel, 613 Ramsey Ave. There will be an additional levaya in Lakewood Minyan in Boro Park at 12:45- 5121 16th Ave.
Kevurah will take place on Har Hazaisim.
