Lakewood Alerts regrets to inform you of the petirah of Mrs. Esther Frankel a”h, a woman of sterling middos and unwavering emunah, who was niftar at the age of 91.
Mrs. Frankel a”h was the beloved mother of R’ Menashe Frankel yb”l, one of Lakewood’s most respected askanim, known for his tireless efforts on behalf of the tzibbur and his many quiet acts of chessed. She was also the mother of R’ Dovid Frankel, a yerei Shamayim and baal chessed in his own right.
The nifteres was known for her refined middos, deep yiras Shamayim, and unwavering dedication to Torah and mitzvos. She raised a family that is deeply rooted in avodas Hashem, with children and grandchildren following in her ways of Torah and chessed.
A brief levaya will take place Monday morning at 8:15 a.m. at the Lakewood Chapel, located at 613 Ramsey Avenue. Following the hespeidim, the aron will be flown to Eretz Yisroel for kevurah.
