We regret to inform you of the petirah of R’ Naftali (Bobby) Gruenebaum z”l, formerly the owner of Lakewood’s legendary Gelbstein’s Bakery. He was 78 years old.
The levaya is scheduled to take place at 10 am on Friday morning at K’hal Adath Jeshurun of Monsey, 2 Dover Terrace.
Kevurah will be held at the King Solomon Cemetery in Clifton, NJ.
Baruch Dayan Ha’Emes.

He only went by Bobby and was only called Naftoli when getting an Aliya.
There’s actually a minhag to give a secular name for everyday use, so please don’t impose your mistaken frumkeit on him..
Boy! You are some askan!! With that kind of temperament I’m not sure many would be calling you for anything…
Not true. He was my Uncle. My Aunt called him Naftoli for the entire 56 years they were married.
