Lakewood Alerts regrets to inform you of the sudden petirah of Mrs. Chava Esther (Chavi) Levovitz (nee Weissman) a”h. She was 73.
Mrs. Levovitz and her husband, R’ Dovid ybl”c, are both longtime mechanchim. She was a longtime teacher at the Lakewood Cheder and more recently a tutor at Bais Faiga, while her husband continues to serve as a rebbi in the Lakewood Cheder.
Hatzolah was called to the Levovitz home after she said she wasn’t feeling well. Hatzolah found her unresponsive and rushed her to Jersey Shore University Medical Center, where she sadly passed away.
The levaya is scheduled to take place 6:45 pm on Wednesday, with kevura following in the adjacent bais olam.
