Lakewood Alerts regrets to inform you of the petirah of Rebbetzin Shulamis Rotenberg a”h, who was niftar early Sunday morning at the age of 62. She is the wife of Rav Yaakov Yosef yb”l, the rav of K’hal Shaarei Shlomo on Henry Street.
A dedicated morah, Rebbetzin Rotenberg a”h taught thousands of girls over the years at Bais Yaakov and Bais Kayla, leaving a lasting impact on generations of young women. Her wisdom, warmth, and dedication to chinuch shaped the lives of many in the Lakewood community and beyond.
The levaya is scheduled to take place today at 3:15 PM at the Lakewood Chapel, 613 Ramsey Avenue. Kevurah will take place in Eretz Yisroel.
The family will be sitting shiva at 28 Henry Street starting Wednesday.
